Our approach to funding

We generally do not accept unsolicited applications for funding. Instead, we work closely with carefully selected partners who share our commitment to enlightened agriculture and social justice. We value long term partnerships and opportunities for mutual learning.

The majority of our partners are based in the UK. However, we do fund some international organisations whose work evidences a unique or innovative approach to our areas of interest or current priorities.

Supporting a shift from domination to stewardship, where farmers, land workers, and communities are empowered to work in harmony with nature, recognising their deep interconnection with the Earth and their vital role in its regeneration.

Supporting optimal human health through nourishing diets, grown in harmony with the Earth, that promote vitality, balance, and well-being for all living beings.


funder commitment on climate change

We recognise that conventional agricultural practices are a significant contributor to climate change. By adopting regenerative farming practices, the farming sector has the potential to sequester carbon, reduce soil erosion and contribute to ecosystem diversity without reducing crop yields. A Team Foundation have signed the Funder Commitment for Climate Change, committing to the six pillars. Our reporting is available below.
